New phone numbers, names, addresses and other personal information.

ALWAYS LOGIN TO YOUR PORTAL TO KEEP YOUR PROFILE UPDATED.

• • First:        Click MY PROFILE and fill out for yourself. This section contains your personal information and will be completed and updated by you.
  • Second:  IF You are filling for a Deceased, a Minor or an Incompetent Plaintiff then you are considered their REPRESENTATIVE. Continue to click all the buttons that are relevant to you. You will need to fill their short form to keep them with you in your Portal.
  • Third:      If you will be “Assisting” an Elderly or a Special Needs Plaintiff you will need to fill their short form to add them to your profile. Click the relevant button below after you fill MY PROFILE Button. You are not considered their Representative, you are Assisting them. As a Plaintiff, they will still need to sign their own names to their Factsheets, even though you are assisting.
  • Fourth:   Some of your children were minors (under 18) when you joined the lawsuit and have since transitioned into “Adult” status. They will always be “our babies” but now they must manage this lawsuit as an adult. If they do not fill their forms we will need to dismiss them from the lawsuit- so please fill a Transitioned Adult form so we can link them and notify you and maybe you will be able to motivate them or assist them.
