i) Purchase Documents, including, but not limited to, the purchase agreement, disclosures, Covenants Conditions & Restrictions ("CC&Rs"),preliminary and final title reports, closing statement(s), and any and all Documents required/received pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code section 1102 et seq.
ii) All written advertising You Or Anyone Acting On Your Behalf reviewed prior to purchase.
iii) All of your correspondence with your Property seller/vendor representative(s) and your real estate agent(s).
iv) All Documents from any other entity (including any local, state, or federal agency) concerning any representations made to You Or Anyone Acting On Your Behalf regarding the subject Property.
v) Your 2019 and 2020 tax bills for your Property.
vi) All Documents relating to any damages allegedly sustained to your interest in the Property due to alleged toxic substances at Bayview Hunters Point.
